We are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and efficiently across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 12PM (IST) are usually processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, launches, or peak periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, operational delays, or courier disruptions.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on select prepaid orders, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation via Email/WhatsApp/SMS
  • Tracking details and AWB number
  • Courier partner information

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link shared after dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pincodes across India.
  • Hyperballik reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders.
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate contact details to avoid delivery delays.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts before returning the shipment back to origin (RTO). Please ensure:

  • Your contact number is reachable
  • Someone is available to receive the package
  • Correct shipping address is provided at checkout

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Unexpected logistics disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Incorrect customer details

In such cases, our support team will assist you with the best possible resolution.

Address Changes

Address modifications can only be requested before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Please refuse acceptance if possible
  • Record an unboxing video/photos
  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
